Cashloom — Support

Cashloom is your financial compass for freelancing — track time, set aside for tax, and see what's coming. Need a hand? We're happy to help.

About Cashloom

Cashloom is a financial compass for freelancers, self-employed workers and independent professionals who want to stay in control of their money without becoming a financial expert. Instead of a budgeting app for spending or heavy accounting software, it works forward from the work you do: track your time, and Cashloom turns it into what you've earned, what to set aside for tax before each quarter, and a rolling 12-month cash-flow forecast. It also projects whether you're on track for retirement, based on your savings and contributions. Everything stays private on your device, and every figure is an estimate you can see and adjust — never advice. One app, in your pocket — so an irregular freelance income finally comes with a clear view of what's coming.

Common questions

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Manage or cancel any time in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.

I paid but don't have premium — how do I restore it?

Open the paywall in the app and tap Restore. This re-checks your Apple account for an active subscription.

Does my data sync between devices?

On a paid plan you can turn on iCloud sync, which uses your own private iCloud account. Your data stays yours; we can't see it. Free use is local to one device.

Can I get my data out?

Premium includes export to CSV or PDF (time log + project summary) from Settings → Data, ready for your accountant.

Are the tax and forecast figures official?

No. Cashloom shows estimates and projections based on what you enter — a planning tool, not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. Verify important decisions with a qualified professional.

How do I delete my data?

Deleting the app removes the local data on your device. If you used iCloud sync, manage that data in your Apple account.
