Cashloom is built to respect your privacy. In short: your financial data stays yours, on your device, and we don't track you.
The projects, time sessions, income, and settings you enter are stored locally on your device. On a paid plan you can turn on iCloud sync, which stores this data in your own private iCloud account (Apple's CloudKit). It syncs between your devices; we cannot see the contents. We also keep a record that you accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy — the version you agreed to and the date — as proof of your agreement, kept to the minimum needed for that purpose.
We may collect anonymous, aggregate usage statistics (for example, which screens are used) to improve the app. This contains no personal information, no advertising identifier (IDFA), and no cross-app or cross-site tracking — so Cashloom does not show the App Tracking Transparency prompt. You are never personally identified. To count unique users, our analytics provider derives a non-reversible identifier from a device value; it isn't linked to your identity or used to track you across apps or websites. We keep this anonymous usage data for up to 24 months.
Cashloom is made by an independent developer — not a bank, lender, or seller of financial products. The details you enter stay on your device (and your own private iCloud, if you turn on sync), where we can't see them; and because our only revenue is the subscription, we have no business reason to want them either. We do not sell your data. We do not show ads. We do not connect to your bank. We do not build a profile of you.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We never see your card or payment details; Apple shares only aggregate purchase and subscription information with us.
Your data is under your control — delete the app to remove local data, and manage iCloud data in your Apple account. Contact us with any privacy request — to access or delete any data we hold, or object to its use — and you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Cashloom is intended for adults managing freelance work and is not directed at children.
